Our CNC plasma table is a fully automated machine powered by the use of CAD (computer animated design) and CAM (computer aided manufacturing) software. Ideas are brought into the virtual world by digitally tracing images, designing parts in a 3D software, and then by programming the cutting parameters and toolpaths.

We currently use a stand-alone manual press with a 12-ton capacity. Arbor plates and upper and lower dies were added to achieve accurate bends with a standard bend radius.
We are actively looking at options for upgrading in this department.

Maximum Bending Angle: 95 degrees
*** We also offer a form of box brake bending which allows us to form longer pieces of steel. This process typically involves adding relief cuts to the piece along the bend line which can be welded over for strength in required applications. ***
