You will not find thin gauge sheet metal, nor those grates made of wire anywhere in our lineup. All of our grills are made with high quality thick gauge ASTM American steel with welded construction. Each piece is handpicked and meticulously processed to guarantee a standard of build quality that will undoubtably stand up to the test of time.

Our grills are built with quality materials that provide unmatched integrity. All of our grill boxes are built from 3/16" thick ASTM A36 American plate steel. Our frames our built from 2"x2" square tubing. Any round stock you see such as our grill handles, Santa maria axles, and of course our grill slats are all solid bar stock! The only hollow round profiles we use is on our "Park Style" pedestal supports, and even then, it's Schedule 40 pipe (1/4" wall thickness). Our grates are framed with 1" square tubing. These grills are heavy, but we will get them loaded into your vehicle or delivered to site where they are sure to last as long as you'd like.
